Tight and difficult site......well it seemed that way for the owners until the design was presented to them. A fabulous 3 level urban sanctuary on what was a tiny urban infill block with a large easement across the entire width. Within a strict local planning policy that did not allow a modern elevation, this design succeeded in delivering a modern, abstract and captivating abode with the planning department's endorsement! This home will stand the test of time and become a West Leederville Architectural classic.
